About Us
We have been teaching Families, Adults & Children since 2016!
Formed in 2016 by Master Brett Nelson, Prestwich Family Martial Arts was created to promote the many benefits of training in the martial arts to students of all ages and abilities.
We are the only full-time school in the area and our centre is fully equipped with a proper martial arts safety floor, lounge area, pro-shop retail area, changing rooms and toilets.

Master Brett Nelson - Chief Instructor of the Prestwich Centre
I began my martial arts training because I refused to just sit and watch whilst my young son took part. Ever since then I have been hooked. I love how Tang Soo Do focuses on the whole person - mind, body and soul. This isn’t just punching and kicking, this is Martial Arts!
I have been teaching since 2016 & am currently working towards my 5th Dan.
